They feel like someone has kicked you hard and you can't stand up straight. The pain is in the upper mid right of the stomach. Mine was near center as well. It's like the worst case of intestinal gas you could have but without the gas. At the time I was doubled over I would say it was on par with labor pain. It was honestly more painful than childbirth.
