About 2 years ago I was diagnosed with gall stones. For months before this, I had severe pains in my chest area between my breasts. I would sweat and vomit and just curl up and cry until the attack passed. They were the worst pains in my life. After 2 trips to the emergency room and 2 incorrect diagnoses and daily attacks shortly after eating, (no matter what it was or how small the amount) I resorted to starvation until my organs began to struggle to function and I nearly died. That's when it was diagnosed and surgery was done. Although they removed it, I am just recently getting these same pains I had before. It's been going on for a couple of weeks now and they are very mild but I'm concerned that it will get to that point once again. Is it possible I can still get gall stones and what can I do to relieve these symptoms?

I'm 5 days after gallbladder surgery, I've been very careful what I eat. Today I drank a small amount of coffee/decaf with non dairy creamer and about 2 hrs later I had the same old symptoms, belching ,sharp stabbing pain between my shoulder blades and abdominal pain , anybody else have their symptoms not change after surgery?

I've looked for references on this subject and the literature indicates studies done on untreated Celiacs. I am a proven Celiac and I have followed a strict Gluten free diet for the last nearly 6 years. I also have been having symptoms only in the middle of the night identical to that represented by the term "biliary colic." Ulstrasound is negative. Any suggestions about how to proceed from here?

I've noticed that I have the symptoms of having gallstones and like gallbladder disease. I don't know if it is actually possible for someone my age to have it? I am going to talk to my mom about all of this, but I was curious if anyone has experience with this? Reply please. I'm very curious about this. And a little bit worried.

I've read that the Master Cleanse can get rid of gallstones. Does it do it by dissolving the stones? If not, then why don't the stones just pass by themselves...even WITHOUT the master cleanse?

Since November I have had what all my doctors believed was gall bladder pain. The only test they could run at the time was an ultrasound because I was pregnant. I had my baby on the 1st of this month and had the HIDA scan done last week. Today I went in for the results and he says it was normal. My symptoms include severe upper abdominal pain, burning pain in stomach, nausea, vomiting (sometimes of green bile), diarrhea, abdominal tenderness under the rib cage. Sudden onset of symptoms occurs 10 to 20 minutes after eating or after going a long time without eating. Foods I can no longer eat without being in excruciating pain include milk, cheeseburgers, spicy food, and dairy foods.
My doctor refuses to remove the gall bladder even though by his own opinion my symptoms are indicitive of gall bladder disease. I don't understand. What else other than the gall bladder could be causing this. I haven't eaten hardly anything in three weeks. I even had to stop breastfeeding because I can't eat enough to make enough milk for him. I just feel hopeless now.
